At the Centre we have 20 years of experience in supporting people towards recovery from Eating Disorders.

We are a multidisciplinary team, experienced in providing evidence-based, effective treatment for Eating Disorders. We offer treatment across the spectrum of Eating Disorders both on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

Our programmes involve Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Meal Preparation and Support, Mindfulness Skills, Body Image Work, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Family Work/Support and Art Therapy.
